1. Digital Product Purchases

• Instant Downloads: Available immediately after payment confirmation.
• Made-to-Order Digital Products: Customized digital files will be delivered within the timeframe specified in the product description.

2. Refunds & Cancellations

• All digital sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once a file has been downloaded.
• Refund Exceptions: If a file is corrupt, missing, or does not match the product description, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for assistance or a possible refund.
• If you accidentally purchased the same item multiple times, contact us for resolution.

3. License & Usage Rights

• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use digital downloads for personal or limited commercial use (if stated in the product description).
• You may not:
  • Resell, redistribute, or share digital files.
  • Claim designs as your own.
  • Modify and resell as new digital products.
  • Use for mass production or print-on-demand services unless explicitly permitted.

4. Payment & Security

• Payments are securely processed via third-party services (e.g., PayPal, Stripe).
• We do not store credit card or payment details.

5. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for compatibility issues with software or devices.
• We are not liable for technical issues beyond our control that prevent file access or downloads.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
