Ingredients:
For the Steak & Shrimp:

2 filet mignon steaks (6 oz each)
1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp butter
For the Pasta:

8 oz linguine or fettuccine
Salt for boiling water
For the Creamy Sauce:

2 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
For Garnish:

Fresh parsley, chopped
Grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
1. Cook the Pasta:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Prepare the Steak:

Season filet mignons with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
Add 1 tbsp butter to the skillet, baste the steaks with the melted butter, then remove and let rest.
3. Cook the Shrimp:

In the same skillet, add the shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Set aside.
4. Make the Creamy Sauce:

Melt 2 tbsp butter in the skillet. Sauté garlic until fragrant.
Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Add Parmesan cheese and paprika, whisking until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Combine and Serve:

Toss the cooked pasta in the creamy sauce until evenly coated.
Plate the pasta, topping each serving with a filet mignon and cooked shrimp.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and extra Parmesan cheese.
Tips:
Use a meat thermometer for perfectly cooked steak (medium rare: 130-135°F).
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the shrimp for a citrusy kick.
