Surf & Turf Fettuccine Alfredo
Ingredients:
For the Alfredo Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Steak & Shrimp:
1 medium-sized steak (sirloin or ribeye)
10 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt, pepper, and garlic powder for seasoning
Fresh parsley for garnish
For the Pasta:
8 oz fettuccine noodles
Salt for boiling water
Instructions:
Cook the Pasta:
Boil fettuccine in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Steak:
Season the steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the steak for 3-4 minutes per side for medium rare. Let it rest before slicing.
Cook the Shrimp:
In the same skillet, add a bit of butter. Season shrimp and sauté until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
Make the Alfredo Sauce:
