Ingredients:

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Pasta:

1 lb fettuccine pasta

Salt for pasta water

For the Alfredo Sauce:

1/2 cup unsalted butter

1 cup heavy cream

1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

Cook the Pasta:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Add the fettuccine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Shrimp:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the shrimp and season with paprika, salt, and pepper.

Sauté the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and opaque.

Add minced garlic to the shrimp and cook for an additional 1 minute.
