3 flour or corn tortillas
2 cups shredded beef
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup sour cream or crema
1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Beef

Reheat shredded beef in a skillet over medium heat. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper if needed.
2. Warm the Tortillas
