Philly Cheesesteak Crescent Ring

“A show-stopping crescent ring packed with tender steak, gooey cheese, and sautéed veggies—perfect for sharing!”

Ingredients:
1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
300g steak (thinly sliced)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 green bell pepper (diced)
1 red bell pepper (diced)
1 small onion (diced)
1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp butter (melted)
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Instructions:
Cook the Steak and Vegetables:

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak slices, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes.
Remove steak from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, sauté the bell peppers and onions until soft, about 3 minutes.
Prepare the Crescent Ring:

Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
On a baking sheet, arrange the crescent rolls in a circular pattern, with the wide ends overlapping in the center to form a ring and the pointed ends facing outward.
Assemble the Ring:

Layer the cooked steak, sautéed veggies, and shredded cheese evenly along the wide ends of the crescent dough.
Fold the pointed ends of the crescent rolls over the filling and tuck them underneath to secure the ring.
Bake:

Brush the crescent ring with melted butter for a golden finish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the crescent dough is golden brown and fully cooked.
Serve:

Let the ring cool for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy the cheesy, savory goodness!
This Philly cheesesteak crescent ring is perfect for gatherings or a fun family dinner. Flaky, cheesy, and packed with flavor!
