Oreo Donut Recipe

Ingredients:

For the Donuts:

2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup sugar

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 large eggs

For the Topping:

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/4 cup crushed Oreo cookies

Whole Oreo cookies for decoration

Instructions:

Prepare the Donuts:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a donut pan.

In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, mix the milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and eggs.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.

Fill the donut pan cavities 3/4 full and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden.

Let the donuts cool completely.

Make the Oreo Cream Topping:

Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.

Gradually add powdered sugar and fold in crushed Oreos.

Assemble the Donuts:

Spread the Oreo cream over each donut.

Sprinkle with additional crushed Oreos and top with a whole Oreo cookie.

Serve:

Enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
