Mini Sausage Biscuits
Ingredients:
1 package of biscuit dough
500g ground sausage
1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven:
Heat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
2. Prepare Biscuits:
Roll out biscuit dough and cut into small squares or circles.
3. Cook Sausage:
In a skillet, cook the ground sausage with garlic powder and black pepper until fully browned. Drain excess fat.
4. Assemble:
Place a small amount of sausage and shredded cheese on each biscuit piece. Fold or stack as desired.
5. Bake:
Arrange biscuits on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Garnish and Serve:
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm.
