12 lasagna sheets
Salt for boiling water

1 small onion, finely chopped

Instructions:
Cook the Pasta
:
Boil lasagna sheets in salted water
until al dente.
Drain and lay flat on parchment paper to prevent sticking.
Prepare the Meat Sauce
:
In a large skillet, cook ground beef or sausage
over medium heat until browned.
Add chopped onion
and minced garlic
, sauté until fragrant.
Stir in marinara sauce
