Lasagna Burger
Ingredients:

2 burger buns

200g ground beef

2 lasagna sheets, cooked

2 slices of cheddar cheese

2 slices of mozzarella cheese

4 strips of crispy bacon

1/4 cup marinara sauce

1 tbsp butter

Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Cook the Beef Patties: Shape the ground beef into two patties and season with salt and pepper. Cook them in a skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.

2. Layer the Lasagna: Place one lasagna sheet on each patty, followed by a slice of cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Allow the cheese to melt slightly.

3. Assemble the Burger: Spread marinara sauce on the bottom bun. Add the first patty with lasagna, top with crispy bacon, then place the second patty.

4. Toast the Buns: Butter the buns lightly and toast them on the skillet until golden. Cover the burger with the top bun.

5. Serve: Serve hot and enjoy this indulgent Lasagna Burger.
