Honey Garlic Glazed Pork
Ingredients:
500g pork tenderloin
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp black pepper
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Prepare the Marinade:
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, and black pepper.
Marinate the Pork:
Place the pork tenderloin in a resealable bag or dish. Pour the marinade over it, ensuring it’s fully coated.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.
Cook the Pork:
Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork on all sides until golden brown.
Bake the Pork:
Transfer the pork to a baking dish and pour the remaining marinade over it.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 70°C (160°F).
Glaze the Pork:
Baste the pork with the pan juices every 10 minutes to enhance the glaze.
Garnish and Serve:
Slice the pork, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with the pan sauce.
