Grilled Chicken Alfredo with Fettuccine

Ingredients:
For the Grilled Chicken:

2 chicken breasts

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

For the Alfredo Sauce:

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup butter

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Pasta:

8 oz fettuccine pasta

Water for boiling

Salt for boiling water

Instructions:
Cook the Fettuccine:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the fettuccine according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Grill the Chicken:

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill for 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Remove from the grill and slice the chicken into thin strips.

Prepare the Alfredo Sauce:

In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in heavy cream and bring it to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Combine the Pasta and Sauce:

Add the drained fettuccine to the skillet with the Alfredo sauce and toss to coat evenly.
Serve:

Plate the pasta and top with grilled chicken slices. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and a sprinkle of black pepper.
