Creamy Garlic Chicken with Bacon

Ingredients:

2 large chicken breasts

4 slices of bacon

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup chicken broth

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions:

1. Cook the Bacon:

In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove, crumble, and set aside
.

2. Prepare the Chicken:

Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika
.

In the same skillet, heat olive oil and cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside
.

3. Make the Cream Sauce:

In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute
.

Pour in chicken broth and scrape the skillet to deglaze
.

Stir in heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and let simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened
.

4. Combine:

Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon the sauce over, and top with crumbled bacon.

5. Serve:

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm, alongside your favorite sides
.
