Creamy Garlic Chicken Penne Pasta

Ingredients:

300g penne pasta

2 chicken breasts, diced

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp olive oil

1/4 cup chicken broth

Handful of fresh basil leaves

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Cook Pasta:
Boil penne pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook Chicken:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet.

Prepare Sauce:
In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add chicken broth and let it simmer for 2 minutes.

Make it Creamy:
Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly.

Combine:
Add cooked chicken and pasta to the sauce. Toss well to coat everything evenly.

Garnish:
Top with fresh basil leaves and extra Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
