Creamy Garlic Chicken Pasta
Ingredients:
250g fettuccine pasta
2 chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the Pasta: Boil the fettuccine in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Prepare the Sauce: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Make it Creamy: Stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan. Let it simmer for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened. Season with salt and black pepper.
4. Combine and Serve: Toss the cooked pasta in the creamy sauce until well coated. Arrange the grilled chicken slices on top and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot.
