Creamy Chicken & Broccoli Pasta

Ingredients:

250g rotini pasta

2 chicken breasts, cubed

1 cup broccoli florets

2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp butter

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:
Cook pasta according to package instructions, adding broccoli during the last 2 minutes. Drain and set aside. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from pan. In the same pan, melt butter, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring well. Add Parmesan cheese and mix until smooth. Return pasta, broccoli, and chicken to the pan. Toss to coat in sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
