Creamy Chicken Alfredo Lasagna

“Layers of tender shredded chicken, rich Alfredo sauce, and gooey melted cheese come together in this decadent white lasagna!”

Ingredients:
For the Chicken Filling:

2 cups cooked shredded chicken

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

For the Alfredo Sauce:

3 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp nutmeg (optional, for depth of flavor)
For the Lasagna Layers:

9 lasagna noodles, cooked

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded provolone cheese
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:
Prepare the Alfredo Sauce:

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Pour in heavy cream, then whisk in Parmesan, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg.
Simmer for 3-4 minutes until thickened. Set aside.
Season the Chicken:

Mix shredded chicken with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Assemble the Lasagna:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce at the bottom of a greased baking dish.
Layer cooked lasagna noodles, followed by chicken, ricotta cheese, and mozzarella.
Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with Alfredo sauce and a generous layer of mozzarella and provolone cheese.
Bake Until Golden:

Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove foil and bake uncovered for 10-15 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
Serve & Enjoy!

Let cool for 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley.
Pro Tip: Add crispy bacon or sautéed mushrooms for an extra flavor boost!
