1 cup hummus (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, full-fat)
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp dried oregano
1 cup cucumber, diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
½ cup kalamata olives, sliced
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions:
In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt with garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Set aside.
Spread the hummus evenly on the bottom of a serving dish.
Layer the seasoned Greek yogurt over the hummus.
Evenly sprinkle the diced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives, and red onion over the yogurt.
Top with crumbled feta cheese and fresh parsley.
Drizzle with olive oil for added flavor.
Serve chilled with pita chips or fresh veggies.
