Cinnamon Swirl Cheesecake
Ingredients:
Crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
2 tbsp sugar
Filling:
24 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup sour cream
Cinnamon Swirl:
2 tbsp cinnamon
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp melted butter
Topping:
Whipped cream
Cinnamon stick
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix crust ingredients, press into a springform pan, and bake for 10 minutes. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in vanilla and sour cream. In a separate bowl, mix cinnamon swirl ingredients. Pour half the cheesecake batter over the crust, drizzle half the cinnamon mixture, and swirl with a toothpick. Repeat with remaining batter and swirl. Bake for 50–55 minutes until set. Cool and refrigerate for 4 hours. Garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon before serving.
