Chocolate Raspberry Trifle Recipe
Ingredients:
Base:
1 cup chocolate cake crumbs or crushed cookies
2 tbsp melted butter
Layers:
1 cup chocolate pudding
1 cup whipped cream
1/2 cup mascarpone or cream cheese
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
1/4 cup dark chocolate shavings
Topping:
Extra whipped cream
Fresh raspberries
Chocolate truffles or candies
Steps:
1. Prepare the base:
Mix chocolate cake crumbs or crushed cookies with melted butter.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a serving glass.
2. Layer the trifle:
Spread a layer of chocolate pudding over the base.
Add a layer of mascarpone or cream cheese.
Top with fresh raspberries.
3. Repeat layers:
Add another layer of chocolate pudding and whipped cream.
4. Add toppings:
Garnish with extra whipped cream, fresh raspberries, chocolate shavings, and truffles.
5. Serve:
Chill for 1 hour before serving for the flavors to meld beautifully.
