Cheesy Garlic Roasted Cauliflower
Crispy, golden cauliflower bites smothered in melted cheese and garlic butter—your new favorite side dish!
Ingredients
1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp salt & pepper
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup parmesan cheese
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Step 1: Prep the Cauliflower
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Step 2: Roast the Cauliflower
Spread the seasoned cauliflower on a baking sheet.
Roast for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
Step 3: Add the Cheese
Remove from oven and sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan over the cauliflower.
Return to oven for another 5 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and melted.
Step 4: Garnish & Serve
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
