Cheesy Baked Penne Pasta

Ingredients:
For the Pasta:

12 oz (340g) penne pasta

2 cups marinara sauce

1 cup ricotta cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

For Topping:

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:
Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Sauce Mixture
In a large bowl, combine marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked penne pasta to the sauce mixture and toss until the pasta is evenly coated.
