Cheesy Baked Meatballs
Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1 egg

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and black pepper to taste

2 cups marinara sauce

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish and set aside.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs and place them in the prepared baking dish.

4. Pour marinara sauce evenly over the meatballs.

5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously on top.

6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm. Enjoy this cheesy delight!
