Cheeseburger with Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, and Onion
Ingredients:
For the Burger Patties:
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
For the Burger Toppings:
4 slices cheddar cheese
4 slices bacon
1 tomato, sliced
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
4 burger buns
Ketchup and mustard (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Burger Patties:
Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
In a bowl, mix ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Shape the beef mixture into 4 equal patties.
Cook the patties on the grill or skillet for 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired doneness. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
Cook the Bacon:
While the patties cook, heat a pan over medium heat and cook the bacon until crispy.
Remove from the pan and set aside on paper towels to drain.
Assemble the Burger:
Toast the burger buns in the pan or on the grill until lightly golden.
Spread ketchup and mustard on the bottom half of the buns (optional).
Layer the lettuce, tomato slices, red onion, and the cheese-covered burger patty on the bottom bun.
Top with crispy bacon and place the top bun on top.
Serve this loaded, juicy cheeseburger with your favorite sides like fries or a salad for a satisfying meal!
Enjoy every delicious bite!
