Buffalo Chicken Pizza

Ingredients:

For the Dough:

1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

For the Toppings:

½ cup buffalo sauce

1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

¼ cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)

2 green onions, chopped

For Garnish:

Extra buffalo sauce for drizzling

Ranch or blue cheese dressing (optional)

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat.

Prepare the Chicken:

Toss the cooked chicken with ¼ cup of buffalo sauce until evenly coated. Set aside.

Roll Out the Dough:

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness. Transfer to a parchment-lined pizza peel or baking sheet.

Assemble the Pizza:

Spread the remaining buffalo sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Add the buffalo chicken, then top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and optional blue cheese.

Bake:

Transfer the pizza to the preheated oven (or pizza stone). Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish and Serve:

Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions. Drizzle with extra buffalo sauce and serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing, if desired.
