Banana Crunch Cheesecake Bars
Ingredients:
For the crust:
1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
¼ cup melted butter
2 tbsp brown sugar
For the cheesecake layer:
1 package (250g) cream cheese, softened
½ cup Greek yogurt
¼ cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the topping:
2 ripe bananas, sliced
½ cup granola
2 tbsp honey (for drizzling)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and brown sugar. Press into a baking dish and bake for 8 minutes, then let cool. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread over the crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Before serving, top with banana slices, granola, and drizzle with honey. Slice into bars and enjoy.
