Bacon Mac & Cheese Burger Recipe
Ingredients:
1 brioche burger bun
1 beef burger patty
1 slice cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cooked macaroni and cheese
2 slices crispy bacon
Lettuce leaves
2 tomato slices
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon ketchup
Instructions:
1. Cook the beef patty in a skillet or grill until desired doneness. Place cheddar cheese on top to melt.
2. Toast the burger bun lightly.
3. Spread mayonnaise and ketchup on the bun.
4. Assemble the burger with lettuce, tomato slices, the beef patty, macaroni and cheese, and crispy bacon.
5. Top with the other half of the bun and serve hot.
