Bacon Cheeseburger Pie
Ingredients:
1 pre-made pie crust
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 cup cooked crispy bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup diced onions
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 egg, beaten
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Place the pie crust in a baking dish and pre-bake for 5-7 minutes. In a skillet, cook ground beef and onions over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat, then season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and mustard, then remove from heat. In a bowl, mix heavy cream and beaten egg. Spread half of the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the pie crust. Add the cooked beef mixture, then top with the remaining cheese and crumbled bacon. Pour the egg mixture over the filling. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Let cool slightly before slicing. Serve hot and enjoy!
