Chocolate Bubble Milk Tea
Ingredients:
For the Bubble Tea:

1 cup brewed black tea (cooled)

½ cup milk (or non-dairy alternative)

2 tbsp cocoa powder

2 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)

¼ cup tapioca pearls (cooked according to package instructions)

For the Garnish:

Whipped cream

Chocolate syrup

Shaved chocolate or chocolate chips

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Chocolate Base: In a small bowl, mix cocoa powder and sugar with a few tablespoons of hot water to form a smooth paste. Combine this mixture with the brewed black tea and stir until well blended. Add the milk and mix thoroughly.

2. Cook the Tapioca Pearls: Cook tapioca pearls according to package instructions. Once cooked, rinse with cold water and set aside.

3. Assemble the Bubble Tea: Add the cooked tapioca pearls to a tall glass. Pour the chocolate tea mixture over the pearls.

4. Add Toppings: Top with whipped cream, drizzle with chocolate syrup, and garnish with shaved chocolate or chocolate chips.

5. Serve: Serve with a wide straw and enjoy this indulgent, chocolaty bubble milk tea!
