Garlic Butter Chicken with Pasta

Ingredients:

4 chicken breasts, pounded thin

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

300g fettuccine or your favorite pasta

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. Season chicken breasts with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

4. In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).

5. Toss the cooked pasta in the garlic butter sauce until well coated.

6. Serve the pasta topped with the seared chicken and garnish with fresh parsley.

7. Enjoy this flavorful and hearty dish!
