Creamy Tomato Chicken Pasta
Ingredients:
300g spaghetti
2 chicken breasts, diced
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
1. Cook the Pasta: Boil spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken, season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
3. Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add tomato sauce and heavy cream. Stir well and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Combine: Add cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly. Stir in Parmesan cheese.
5. Garnish: Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
