Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo Pasta
Ingredients:
300g rigatoni or penne pasta
2 chicken breasts (diced)
2 cups fresh broccoli florets
2 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves (minced)
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste
Freshly ground black pepper (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. In the last 3 minutes, add the broccoli florets to the boiling water. Drain and set aside. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside. 3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. 4. Add cooked pasta, broccoli, and chicken to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly. 5. Serve hot, garnished with freshly ground black pepper.
