Buffalo Chicken Meatballs with Ranch Drizzle Recipe
Ingredients:

1 pound ground chicken

½ cup breadcrumbs

1 egg

2 tablespoons milk

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

½ cup buffalo sauce

¼ cup ranch dressing

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

4. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden.

5. While the meatballs are baking, heat the buffalo sauce in a small saucepan over low heat.

6. Toss the cooked meatballs in the warm buffalo sauce until fully coated.

7. Arrange the meatballs in a serving bowl and drizzle with ranch dressing. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
