Creamy Chicken Mushroom Pasta

Ingredients:
300g penne pasta, 2 chicken breasts (sliced), 200g mushrooms (sliced), 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp butter, 3 cloves garlic (minced), 1 cup heavy cream, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated), 1 tsp Italian seasoning, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions:

1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.

2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden. Remove and set aside.

3. In the same pan, melt butter, sauté garlic and mushrooms until soft.

4. Add heavy cream, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning, stirring until smooth.

5. Return chicken and pasta to the pan, toss to coat in the sauce.

6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
