Crispy Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts

1 cup buttermilk

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

2 brioche buns

Oil for frying

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions:

1. Slice chicken breasts into fillets and marinate in buttermilk for 1 hour.

2. Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

3. Coat the chicken fillets in the flour mixture.

4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken until golden and crispy.

5. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and parsley.

6. Toast the brioche buns lightly.

7. Assemble the sandwich: spread the sauce on the buns, add crispy chicken, and enjoy!
