Crispy Honey Garlic Chicken
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, butterflied
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
Season chicken with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Coat in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with panko breadcrumbs. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Remove and let rest. In the same pan, melt butter, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Stir in honey and soy sauce, simmer for 1 minute. Slice chicken, drizzle with the honey garlic sauce, and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm.
