Caramel Pecan Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients:

Crust:

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup melted butter

2 tbsp granulated sugar

Cheesecake Filling:

450g (16oz) cream cheese, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

3 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup sour cream

Topping:

1 cup caramel sauce

1 cup chopped pecans

Whipped cream (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Crust:

Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined.

Press into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes.

2. Make the Cheesecake Filling:

Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.

Mix in vanilla extract and sour cream.

3. Bake the Cheesecake:

Pour filling over the crust.

Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 50-60 minutes or until set.

Turn off the oven, crack the door slightly, and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.

4. Add Toppings:

Once cool, pour caramel sauce over the cheesecake.

Sprinkle pecans generously.

5. Garnish and Serve:

Add a dollop of whipped cream on top and more pecans for decoration.

Slice and enjoy your indulgent treat!
