Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Eggs

Ingredients:

1 lb beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized cubes

2 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp unsalted butter

3 garlic cloves, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

2 eggs

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

Prepare the Steak Bites:

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the steak cubes in a single layer. Sear for 2–3 minutes on each side until browned. Season with salt and pepper.

Add Garlic Butter:

Reduce heat to medium. Push the steak bites to one side of the skillet.

Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Let the garlic cook for 1 minute. Toss the steak bites in the garlic butter.

Cook the Eggs:

In the same skillet, push the steak bites to the side. Crack the eggs into the empty space.

Season the eggs with salt and pepper. Cook until the whites are set but the yolks remain runny (or to your preferred doneness).

Serve:

Plate the steak bites with the eggs. Sprinkle fresh parsley on top for garnish.

Enjoy this quick, protein-packed breakfast or brunch!
