Cheesy Meatloaf

Cheesy Meatloaf
Ingredients:

2 pounds ground beef

1 cup breadcrumbs

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper

1/2 cup chopped onion

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 egg, beaten

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup ketchup

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 teaspoon mustard

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, bell pepper, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and egg. Mix well.

3. Transfer the mixture to a greased loaf pan and shape into a loaf.

4. In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Spread over the top of the meatloaf.

5. Bake for 50 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.

6. Return to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

7. Garnish with fresh parsley, let it rest for 10 minutes, then slice and serve. Enjoy!
