Creamy Bacon Mac and Cheese Recipe
Ingredients:

12 ounces rotini or elbow pasta

6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

2 cups whole milk

1 cup heavy cream

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until golden, stirring constantly.

3. Gradually whisk in the milk and heavy cream, cooking until the mixture thickens.

4. Reduce heat to low and stir in cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.

5. Add the cooked pasta to the cheese sauce and mix until well coated.

6. Stir in half of the crumbled bacon.

7. Serve the mac and cheese topped with the remaining bacon and fresh parsley. Enjoy your creamy, cheesy delight!
