Pepperoni and Cheese Garlic Bread

Ingredients:

1 baguette or Italian bread, cut into sections

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup marinara or pizza sauce

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

20 slices of pepperoni

1/2 cup diced ham (optional)

3 tbsp butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil)

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Bread Base:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the bread sections on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

2. Garlic Butter Spread:

Mix melted butter with minced garlic and Italian herbs. Brush generously over the bread slices.

3. Add the Toppings:

Spread a layer of marinara sauce on each bread slice. Add diced ham (if using) and arrange pepperoni slices on top.

4. Layer with Cheese:

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the bread and top with grated Parmesan.

5. Bake:

Place the tray in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

6. Garnish and Serve:

Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy warm!
