Strawberry Crumble Donuts
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Strawberry Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons strawberry puree
1 tablespoon milk
For the Crumble Topping:
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 cup chopped fresh strawberries
Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan. 2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. 3. Add milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth. 4. Fill the donut pan with batter and bake for 12-15 minutes. Let cool. 5. Mix powdered sugar, strawberry puree, and milk to create the glaze. 6. For the crumble, combine flour, brown sugar, and melted butter until crumbly. 7. Dip each donut in the strawberry glaze, sprinkle with crumble topping and fresh strawberries. 8. Serve and enjoy.
