Chocolate Peanut Butter Candy Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
Crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
Chocolate Layer:
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy cream
Peanut Butter Layer:
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
Topping:
1/2 cup mini candy-coated chocolates
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup peanut butter chips
Steps:
1. Prepare the crust:
Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9-inch pie dish. Chill for 10 minutes.
2. Make the chocolate layer:
Heat heavy cream until warm, then pour over chocolate chips. Stir until smooth. Spread over the crust and chill until set.
3. Prepare the peanut butter layer:
Beat peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Spread this mixture over the chocolate layer.
4. Add toppings:
Sprinkle candy-coated chocolates, chocolate chips, and peanut butter chips over the top.
5. Chill and serve:
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing and serving.
