Classic French Crepes Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 ½ cups (375ml) milk
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Butter or oil for greasing the pan
For Serving:
Whipped cream
Fresh strawberries, sliced
Powdered sugar

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Batter:
In a mixing bowl, whisk the flour and salt together.
Add eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and lump-free. If needed, strain the batter for extra smoothness.
Cover and let rest for 20-30 minutes.
2. Cook the Crepes:
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
Pour a small ladle of batter into the pan and swirl to spread evenly.
Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges start to lift and the bottom is lightly golden. Flip and cook for another 30 seconds.
Repeat with the remaining batter.
3. Assemble and Serve:
Fold the crepes into quarters or roll them up.
Top with whipped cream, sliced strawberries, and a dusting of powdered sugar.
Serve warm and enjoy
