Cheesy Beef Macaroni Casserole
Ingredients:
12 oz elbow macaroni
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish. Cook macaroni according to package instructions, drain, and set aside. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add chopped onion, bell pepper, and garlic, sautéing until softened. Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add cooked macaroni to the beef mixture and stir well. Transfer to the baking dish, top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm. Enjoy!
