Cheesy Beef Burritos
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1/2 cup water
1 cup refried beans
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 cup enchilada sauce
Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes

2. Prepare the burritos:
Spread a layer of refried beans on each tortilla. Top with the cooked beef and a mix of cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses. Roll up the tortillas tightly
.
3. Bake the burritos:
Place the burritos seam-side down in a baking dish. Drizzle enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with more cheese
.
4. Melt and serve:
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with fresh cilantro
.
5. Serve hot with a side of fries or your favorite salsa!
