Ingredients:

For the casserole:

1 lb pre-cooked or homemade meatballs

16 oz gnocchi

2 cups marinara sauce

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

For garnish:

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

Prepare the gnocchi:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook gnocchi according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

Assemble the casserole:
In a large baking dish, spread half of the marinara sauce on the bottom. Add the cooked gnocchi and arrange the meatballs on top. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the meatballs and gnocchi.

Add the cheese:
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the dish.

Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the meatballs are heated through.

Garnish and serve:
Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm as a comforting main dish for family dinners.
