1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tbsp olive oil

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Creamy Sauce:

2 tbsp unsalted butter

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Pasta:

8 oz spaghetti

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

Cook the Pasta
:

Boil salted water in a pot and cook the spaghetti until al dente according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Steak and Shrimp
:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak medallions with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Cook for 3–4 minutes on each side or until your desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add shrimp and minced garlic. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until the shrimp are pink and cooked through. Set aside.
Make the Creamy Sauce
:

Reduce the heat to medium and melt the butter in the skillet. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3–5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Combine and Serve
:

Add the cooked spaghetti to the creamy sauce and toss to coat. Plate the pasta and top with steak medallions and shrimp.
Garnish
:

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately. Enjoy this elegant surf-and-turf dinner!
Chef’s Tip
: Add a splash of white wine to the sauce for extra depth of flavor!
