Ingredients:

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

12 oz fettuccine pasta
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook the Fettuccine:
Boil the fettuccine pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cook the Shrimp:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp, garlic, salt, and pepper, cooking for 2-3 minutes per side until shrimp are pink and cooked through. Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
