Cheesy Crab Dip with Garlic Toast
This creamy, cheesy crab dip served with toasted garlic bread is the ultimate comfort food for any gathering. Rich, indulgent, and absolutely irresistible!
Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup crab meat
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
6 slices of baguette or French bread
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp minced garlic
Instructions:
Prepare the Crab Dip: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, crab meat, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
Bake the Dip: Transfer the crab mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top. Sprinkle a little extra cheddar cheese on top if you like it extra cheesy. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the dip is hot and bubbly.
Prepare the Garlic Toast: While the dip is baking, melt the butter in a small bowl and stir in the minced garlic. Brush the garlic butter over the slices of bread. Toast them in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Serve: Once the dip is ready, remove it from the oven. Sprinkle with chopped parsley for a fresh touch. Serve the dip hot with the garlic toast for dipping!
This cheesy crab dip is a perfect appetizer for any occasion and will have everyone coming back for more!
